John’s Donuts

Bing Bong! Welcome aboard our next adventure of #CarryoutComedy, the 59th edition so far. We haven't done donuts for this segment in a while, so we decided to hit up John's Donuts on S. Broadway in Soulard. NGL, we're used to getting John's to end a night, but for this segment, we decided to (try to) act normal, and get it to start the day (and the week, to add to the narrative here). 4 our order we went with 4 donuts (or what the cool kids call a “baker's quarter dozen”), 1 chocolate long john (classic, has the name of the establishment in it, solid start) + 1 sprinkle vanilla (Superman colors, nails the theme of the SPACE, which is a theme here, too) + 1 coconut chocolate (curve ball, generally reserved for the third spot in any comedy list) + 1 chocolate cream donut (with chocolate cream, we highly recommend it, and also recommend it when we're not high). Anyways, these donuts are mesmerizing, even to start the day (and the week, to once again, add to the narrative), but um, now we have to go. Peace!
