BOBQ
What's cookin' good lookin'? Thanks for joining us for the 31st edition of what some are calling #CarryoutComedy, and others aren't calling anything at all (yet!). We took another trip to The Loop this week, this time to try BOBQ, and their Korean BBQ rice bowls. They have a bunch of different ways to order, with plenty of carryout and delivery options to choose from (even one called TryCaviar, so you know they're rolling deep). We placed our order as STL Tonite, which would've been way cooler if we had meant to do it, but since we didn't, it lead to unnecessary confusion picking it up, which unfortunately, is a recurring theme here. Everything worked out for the best, tho, and we got our Beef Bulgogi bowl (we did the combo, which came with a drink and 2 pot stickers, one of our favorite food names BTW) just when we were meant to. The food was delicious, the perfect meal for after a long day at work. We thought the SPACE was cool too, it's not a huge place but doesn't need to be; if you want to dine in, they have an exposed kitchen, which we feel makes for an enhanced eating experience. Conclusion: go check out BOBQ, in whatever way works best for you, we'll be back next week too, for our installment numbered 32. Peace!
