Helen Fitzgerald’s/Syberg’s

Gobble, gobble! We are so thankful to have you back, as we once again, venture into the great beyond, that is St. Louis, Missouri. A wise man once said, “live every week like it's Shark Week,” so we did, and got Syberg's wings (with a side salad and onion rings, to balance the Force) at Helen Fitzgerald's, for our 52nd episode of #CarryoutComedy. Syberg's has several locations around the STL area, but we are going to focus on Helen's for this review, cuz that's where we got the food from. Our mission started routinely, we called in our order (easy peasy) and embarked on our journey to the restaurant (lemon squeezy); arrival, is when things started to go AWOL. We entered the building on the bar side, immediately recognized our mistake (old habits die hard), and had to play it off like we meant to do it (Shark Week mentality). Our first move was to act natural, so we headed towards the bar, hid in plain sight, and caught some of the Blues 5-2 thrashing of Vegas. When the time was ripe (during a CarShield commercial), we made a break towards the restaurant side, faked like we had to use the bathroom, and finally arrived at the (now that's the stuff) hostess desk without anyone suspecting a thing. The food ended up being ready right when we walked up, it was excellent as always, and we lived happily ever after. Peace!
