Chuck’s Hot Chicken

Happy 4/20 everybody! 4 our 21st episode of #CarryoutComedy, we decided to go get chicken + waffles from Chuck's Hot Chicken, in Maryland Heights. Located on Dorsett Road, right next to Cecil Whittakers Pizza, this is a new place, that opened during the pandemic, that we have been looking forward to trying for a while. For ordering, you can go online (we dig the site format btw) and then go pick it up at their pickup window; or, you can just walk up, place it, and then go chill in your car, and listen to tunes or something, while you wait for them to bring it over to you. They also deliver, but we ran out of space in that last sentence, and couldn't figure out how to squeeze that in there. As you can see from the pictures, we didn't just go for any old regular chicken + waffles, oh no, we went with the Fruity Pebblez Chicken + Waffles (Belgian waffles cooked with Fruity Pebbles inside, topped with powdered sugar and strawberry icing, only available on the weekendz). Ladies and Gentleman, these chicken + waffles were so good, that they would even get Daniel Craig fired up about the weekend, and if you've watched that SNL video as much as we have, you know just how difficult that is to do. We'll be back to try out the Nashville chicken in a more traditional format, but that is an adventure for another day. If you're on the fence, get off it that's weird, absolutely go give this place a try, we highly recommend it. Peace!
