PokeDoke

Aloha everyone! We are back for our 18th episode of #CarryoutComedy on this wonderful #TakeoutTuesday in St. Louis, MO. We're all about space and new experiences here, so for this journey we decided to take off, and head to The Loop to checkout PokeDoke, the 1st Hawaiian Poke Bar restaurant in St. Louis! As the astronauts say, if you want to have a space adventure, you've gotta planet, so we checked out the menu and placed our order on their website. Not gonna lie, we're kinda n00bs here, so we just went with the Pokedoke Bowl (White Rice, Ahi Tuna, Cucumbers and Onions, Pineapple, Edamame, Crabmeat, Seaweed Salad, Fried Onions, Spicy Mayo, Eel Sauce, and Sesame Seeds), and an order of Crab Rangoon (3), with a Green Tea Bubble Tea (with Boba). The meal was, in one word, ono (Ok, fine, you got us. All of our knowledge on Hawaii is exclusively from Disney's Lilo and Stitch. Both the movie and the TV Show, for complete transparency here). In more words, it was a really cool experience, even just for carryout. Not only was everything in the bowl extremely tasty, but it also felt really good to eat because of all the healthy stuff in there.
