Stellar Hog

Hey, hi, hello! We have returned after a long Memorial Day weekend for our 27th episode of #CarryoutComedy (if you're counting)! This week, our journey brings us back to our space basics, as we visited Stellar Hog for some intergalactic BBQ. Known as “the Best BBQ in the Galaxy,” we stopped by their Chesterfield location, in the 40 Clarkson-Wilson Center, which is a carryout-concept they just opened this year; their South City location, in the iconic Holly Hill's bar, Super's Bungalow, is closed for the time being, but we're sure they'll be back soon! For our order, we decided to start by heading to their website (powered by Clover), and checked out their menu. We went with the Grimace (pulled rib meat, house bbq, pickle, onions, toasted sesame bun), a pulled pork sandwich + mac and cheese + pit beans. All of the food was out of this world (as advertised), we really liked the sandwiches and the sides (even though they reminded us of the time we spilled baked beans all over ourselves watching Cars 2 in theaters). Anyways, that's a story for another day, our story for today is one of triumph, and barbecue. Go checkout Stellar Hog's location in Chesterfield, and stay tuned for news on their South City location, we certainly will be. Peace!
